Grade 23 titanium Ti6Al4V ELI medical implants pipe
Oct 22, 2025
Ti6Al4V ELI (Grade 23) is a titanium alloy containing aluminum and vanadium. It is a purer version of the standard TA6V alloy. The content of interstitial elements (iron, oxygen, and carbon) is strictly controlled and limited during the fusion process. This purity imparts to the metal: enhanced mechanical properties and fatigue resistance. Ti6Al4V ELI titanium alloy is highly sought after for its ductility at low temperatures and excellent biocompatibility with the human body, making it an essential material for the manufacture of medical implants (surgical, dental, etc.).
GNEE stocks TA6V ELI Grade 23 titanium alloy rods, sheets, tubes, and plates that conform to ASTM F136, ISO 5832-3, ASTM B348, and ASTM B265 standards.
